Originaire d’Ukraine, Olha cumule plus de dix ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la santé, avec une formation en soins infirmiers et en massothérapie. Elle a découvert le massage thérapeutique durant ses études en soins infirmiers, où il faisait partie des soins de réadaptation et de bien-être offerts aux patients. Au fil du temps, le massage est devenu une extension naturelle de sa pratique — une façon d’accompagner la guérison en tenant compte de la personne dans sa globalité.
Après dix années de travail comme infirmière, Olha a choisi de se consacrer entièrement à la massothérapie. Elle a accompagné des client·e·s de tous âges vivant avec diverses conditions : douleurs chroniques, récupération post-chirurgicale, inflammation, stress, et plus encore. Sa présence chaleureuse, combinée à une connaissance approfondie du corps humain, lui permet d’adapter chaque soin aux besoins réels de la personne.
Olha propose des massages thérapeutiques, drainages lymphatiques, massages sportifs, de relaxation et pour enfants. Elle est certifiée par l’Association des massothérapeutes du Québec et poursuit régulièrement des formations pour enrichir sa pratique.

Originally from Ukraine, Olha brings over ten years of experience in healthcare, with a background in both nursing and massage therapy. Her journey with massage began during her nursing studies, where she was trained in therapeutic techniques as part of patient care and physical rehabilitation. Over the years, massage became a natural extension of her work—an approach to healing that aligned with her desire to support people’s well-being more holistically.
After a decade of nursing, Olha chose to focus fully on massage therapy. She has worked with clients of all ages and conditions, including those managing chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, inflammation, and stress. Her warm, attentive presence and deep knowledge of the body allow her to tailor each session to what her clients truly need.
Olha offers therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, sports, relaxation, and pediatric massage. She is certified by the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec and continues to deepen her skills through ongoing education.
She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and French.
